Brielle Healthcare Services provides domiciliary care and community support for children, young people and adults.
We offer person-centred support with personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, companionship, welfare checks, respite care, daily living tasks, community access, and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. Our care is tailored to each person’s needs, routines, preferences and outcomes, with a focus on dignity, independence, safety and wellbeing.
We are CQC registered and awaiting our first CQC rating.
