Milton Keynes Council older persons day care services are available to people with a medical diagnosis of dementia, who are physically frail or have a physical disability.

The service offers a variety of support including: 

• Transport to and from the centre in our wheelchair-accessible minibus (Subject to a fixed charge)
• Hot two course meal - able to meet individual’s dietary requirements (Subject to a fixed charge)
• Support with personal care needs
• Respite for carers
