The young carers service supports children and young people from the age of 5 to 25 who are ordinarily resident in Milton Keynes. The service will ensure that carers who are caring for a family member, friend or neighbour, are supported to maintain a positive sense of their own health and wellbeing to continue their caring role in a way that is safe for them.
