How to pay for your care and support

There are several ways that you can pay for your social care services once you have received a bill:

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the simplest, safest, most secure and reliable way to pay for your social care services.

  • never miss a payment - payment is automatically taken from your account when your bill is due
  • no queueing at the bank or writing cheques

For regular payments you may be able to pay by Direct Debit. Please call our Corporate Recovery Team on 01908 253860 to discuss this payment option.

Online

Pay on-line at www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/payments. You will need the payment reference shown on the front of your invoice in the Payment Information Section.

You can use internet banking or make a BACS payment direct to the Council.

Ensure that you quote the payment reference when making payment.

Telephone

You can make a payment by calling 0300 131 5555 to our 24-hour automated service. You will need a debit or credit card and to quote your payment reference.

PayPoint

You can pay at any PayPoint outlet using the barcode printed on your invoice. Look up at www.paypoint.com for your nearest location.

You can also use the barcode to pay at most Post Offices.
