Our payment system will be unavailable on Sunday 21 August between 10am and 1pm. Thank you for your understanding.
On weekends and bank holidays, between 9am and 11am, the registration team will be available to review requests to book death registrations and issue paperwork for same day funerals.
The doctor / medical examiner must scan the medical certificate cause of death (MCCD) to our portal as usual, along with the name, email and phone number of the relative who will register.

Any paperwork or requests received after 11am will be reviewed the next day.
If you use this service, please ensure you and the doctor send the required information by 11am and that you are available to answer a call from a registrar.
If there are any issues with the MCCD, or the team are at capacity, sadly they will not be able to assist.
Once reviewed, the registration team will contact you to explain the next steps.
This pilot scheme will be reviewed in September 2022.
