The RFS is an educational charity inspiring passion and excellence in woodland management.

It is a nationwide organisation with an active Oxon-Bucks division organising field meetings to a variety of local woods and forests. Runs Hockeridge Woods, Ashley Green, as a working multi-benefit wood, guided tours available, winner of Centre of Excellence award.
