Vehicle related anti-social behaviour
MK Council introduced a Public Space Protection Order in 2020 following a public consultation in which over 1,000 residents said they’d been negatively affected by vehicle related anti-social behaviour. This relates to powers under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
This means that drivers caught taking part in anti-social car cruising behaviours in MK, which includes excessive noise and driving at dangerous speeds, can be issued with a fine.
