Milton Keynes Council has prepared the following Order entitled:

THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NUMBER 19, EMBERTON PARISH) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2021

The Council has a duty under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to keep the Definitive Map and Statement up to date and to determine applications to modify the Map and Statement.  An Order has been made because Milton Keynes Council has been provided with evidence that the Map and Statement require modification to add the Public Bridleway described in this Order.

Any representations about or objections to the Order together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Legal Services, Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ to be received no later than 19 March 2021, quoting reference PE-WL-22639.

The closing date for this consultation is 19/3/2021.
