Consultation

Milton Keynes City Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2), 4(1)and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 

Milton Keynes City Council (The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes) (Various Roads, West Bletchley) (Consolidation of Parking and Waiting Restrictions and Prohibition of Loading) Order 2002) Variation Order 2025 

The general effect of the above proposed Order will be to extend the no waiting at any time restrictions along the north-west side of Melrose Avenue and introduce no waiting at any time restrictions along parts of Dorchester Avenue in West Bletchley.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-450.
