Please submit your comments before the closing date otherwise your comments may not be considered.

Consultation Result

The Council received no objections to the proposed traffic regulation Order during the consultation period.  However, following a request from one of the affected residents, the Council has made the decision to reduce the length of the no waiting at any time restrictions along the south-eastern side of Eelbrook Avenue to enable the affected resident to continue to park outside their property without causing an obstruction to road users.

Therefore, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Council has on 27 January 2026 made the following traffic regulation Order:

MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES) (VARIOUS ROADS, BRADWELL COMMON) (CONSOLIDATION OF PARKING, WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2014) VARIATION ORDER 2026

The traffic regulation Order will take effect from 30 January 2026.
