Consultation

Milton Keynes City Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: 

MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, SHENLEY BROOK END) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026 

The general effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) along parts of Walbank Grove, Welsummer Grove and Butcher Lane in Shenley Brook End.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-478.
