Consultation

The general effect of the Order will be:

  • to introduce no waiting at any time restriction (double yellow lines) along parts of both sides of Manor Drive in Haversham;

  • to introduce no stopping during prescribed hours (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm) along part of the north side of Manor Drive in Haversham.

The above proposed restrictions come as a result of road safety concerns expressed by residents during school pick up/drop off times.

Currently motorists are parking on those parts of Manor Drive during school pick up/drop off times which are causing obstruction to other motorists, pedestrians and cyclists.

The above proposed restrictions will help to alleviate obstruction and encourage a safer environment for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists.
