Woburn Sands Footpath 7
A vehicular barrier is proposed to be installed across part of the width of Woburn Sands Public Footpath 7. Its purpose is to help deter ongoing anti-social behaviour in the area, benefiting both the public and the landowner. The barrier would be installed across part of the footpath width, while leaving a suitable gap for pedestrians. The footpath will remain open and available for public use and signage will be installed to make this clear. The Council has considered its Public Sector Equality Duty and does not believe the barrier will adversely affect accessibility for lawful users.
