Stantonbury Footpath 17 Modification Order 2024

Milton Keynes City Council has made an order to add a Public Footpath to the Definitive Map within the Blue Bridge area of Milton Keynes.

Public Path Orders

Public Path Diversion Order - Hanslope Footpath 3

Milton Keynes City Council has confirmed an Order to divert a footpath in relation to a new car park at HMGCC Hanslope Park. Under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990, an Order may be made to close or divert a Public Footpath where it is  necessary to do so to enable development to take place.

Significant Current Temporary Closures

Olney/Clifton Reynes

The bridge connecting Olney with Clifton Reynes is currently subject to an emergency closure. This is due to significant damage caused by floodwater. An inspection by divers is required to before consideration can be given to reopening the bridge. 

Bradwell Abbey 

The structure under the railway that carries Bradwell Abbey FP2/Bradwell FP5 is due to be closed for 3 weeks from the 11/3/2024 for refurbishment works. A diversion route will be in place.
