What you need to know

The Food Standards Agency, in partnership with local authorities, has developed a national Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. This helps consumers choose where to eat by giving information about the hygiene standards in restaurants, cafés, takeaways, hotels and food shops.

Ratings

Businesses are given a rating from 0 (urgent improvement needed) to 5 (very good). You can find a record of all the ratings in Milton Keynes on the Food Standards Agency's website.
