- Home boarding of dogs (including dog day care at home)
- Dog day care (commercial premises)
You can apply via one of the following options:
- Apply using our online form
- You can download our form as a PDF document, and apply either by submitting online along with making payment: Licensing Application Licence Type Form - MyCouncil (milton-keynes.gov.uk)
or
- Send the completed form to our team by post or email, either with a cheque made out to Milton Keynes City Council or a contact number on the form where we can contact you to take payment. You will find our address on the form.
