Licensed drivers and operators are required to be 'fit and proper' to be licensed and should conduct themselves to high standards. Vehicles should be to a high standard, clean and safe.

Members of the public should firstly identify the type of complaint that they wish to make.

If the complaint relates to a criminal act, the police should be contacted in the first instance.

If the complaint relates to a customer service issue, you should contact the private hire operator, if relevant.
