Flood Asset Register

Section 21 of the Flood and Water Management Act (2010) requires a Lead Local Flood Authority to establish and maintain a 'register of structures or features which in the opinion of the authority, are likely to have a significant effect' on a flood risk in its area.

The register must be made available for inspection. The register contains basic information, such as location and type of structure.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data at the time of creating the register, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data.

Further information about what this means and how our register has been created is explained in the Asset Register Review document.
