- ‘Your Mind Plan’ is an online tool to get top tips and advice on mental wellbeing
- Simply answer 5 questions about your mood, your sleep, if you are stressed, have anxiety, and if you‘re worried about anything else
- You then receive an action plan just for you, with simple ideas on how to improve your wellbeing and look after your mental health. The plan can be emailed to you, so you can keep referring to it
- If you don’t want to try one of the actions, you can swap it out for something else.
