When and Where you Want to Travel
MK Connect is not restricted to previous timetables or routes, and picks up passengers from their chosen destination to within 400m of their required drop off point when they want to travel.
The service will be available on evenings and weekends across MK, operating from:
6:00am – 11:00pm on Monday to Saturday
9:00am – 6:00pm on Sunday
Public holidays will have Sunday service levels. Easter Sunday and Christmas Day will have no service.
MK Connect is available by smartphone app, web or phone booking. Just call for a vehicle a few minutes before you want to travel.
Concessionary passes under the ENCTS scheme will still be valid for free travel after 9:30am on weekdays and all day at weekends.
You can pay with debit/credit card via the app or in vehicle with the PAYG purse on the MK Move card.
Period passes are not accepted at this time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I need space for luggage or a pushchair
A. As long as there is enough space in the boot, the MK Connect vehicles can accommodate shopping bags, and unfolded pushchair or folded down bikes that won't fit in the seating area of the vehicle with you. The ability to provide the exact number of bulk items you're travelling with during booking is coming soon.
Q. I have an electric scooter. Can I use the DRT service?
A. Some electric scooters can be accommodated as long as they can fit into the ramp width (820mm or 32.5inches). However, the user will need to disembark and take a seat for the journey for safety purposes.
Q. The system won't accept my concessionary pass.
A. MK Connect is a demand responsive service and at the moment sits outside the national concession scheme. Currently, MK passes are accepted by the system. Non-MK passes will need to book by telephone. This will be updated in due course.
