Parts of Secklow Gate and Midsummer Boulevard remain closed due to fire damage, bus services will be able to serve all stops at The Point and eastbound stops at the Theatre District.

Westbound stops B4, C4, D4 and E4 in the Theatre District will remain closed please use alternative stops located at The Point.

Monday 28 July

Groveway, Walton

Groveway will be closed between Marlborough Street and Walton Drive for carriageway repair works Monday 28 July to Saturday 22 November 

During the closure the LOOP bus service will divert via Standing Way. Bus stops on Marlborough Street and in the Open University campus will continue to be served and are the nearest alternative stops.

Monday 27 October

St Ledger Drive, Great Linford

St Ledger Drive will be closed by Southern Gas between Monks Way and Nicholas Mead for gas connection work Monday 27 October to 13 March 2026

During the closure Service 7 will divert via Monks Way - Marlborough Street and not serve St Leger Drive stops. Service 21 will divert via Monks Way - Marlborough Street - Gifford Gate - St Leger Drive  - Marsh Drive.

Thursday 30 October

Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End

Burchard Crescent will be closed between Engaine Drive and Watling Street for highway maintenance Thursday 30 October 9:30am to 3:30pm

During the closure the LOOP will divert via Watling Street turn into Burchard Crescent at the traffic signals, turn back using the roundabout at the junction with Engaine Drive.  A temporary stop will be in place by the goods access road into Sainsburys. 

Buckingham Road, Bletchley

Buckingham Road will be closed between Newton Road and St Augustus Close By Anglian Water 7pm Thursday 30 to 5am Friday 31 October

During the closure the late services on the 4 will divert via Shenley Road.

Friday 31 October

Princes Way, Bletchley

Princes Way will be closed between Bowling Green Close and North Street for highway maintenance Friday 31 October 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure all bus services will divert via Aylesbury Street - Watling Street - Saxon Street. You are advised to use stops in Fenny Stratford or at Bletchley bus station.

Childs Way, Shenley Wood

Childs Way will be closed Westbound between Fulmer Street and Tattenhoe Street for highway maintenance Friday 31 October 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure the LOOP service towards Westcroft will divert via Foxcover Road. Use the stop by the retirement complex in Shenley Wood.

Stony Stratford Roundabout, Stony Stratford

Stony Stratford Roundabout will be closed for highway maintenance 9pm Friday 31 October to 5am Saturday 1 November.

During the closure the late service 6 will divert via Great Monks Street; service X6(Arriva) will divert via the A5 and there will be no service to/from Stony Stratford.

Saturday 1 November 

Various roads near the MK Bowl

Various roads will be closed around MK Bowl for Skyfest FireworX  4pm to 11pm Saturday 1 November.

During the closure from 4pm service 8 will divert Grafton Street (southbound) - Leadenhall roundabout - Grafton Street (northbound) - Childs Way (and vice versa).
From 6:30pm, service 4 will divert via Saxon Street to Bletchley then Buckingham Road - Church Green Road - Rickley Lane - Whaddon Way - Buckingham Road - Bletchley Bus station (and vice versa).

Monday 3 November

Midsummer Boulevard, CMK

Midsummer Boulevard will be closed southbound between Witan Gate and Grafton Gate for highway maintenance Monday 3 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure, all bus services will run via Witan Gate and Avebury Boulevard. Please use stops at the railway station or stops R4/Q4 on Midsummer Boulevard at CBX.

Secklow Gate, CMK

Secklow Gate will be closed northbound between Childs Way and Avebury Boulevard for highway maintenance Monday 3 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure, all bus services will divert via Midsummer Boulevard - Witan Gate - Avebury Boulevard - Grafton Gate.

Portway, Great Holm

Portway will be closed between Watling Street and Kensington Drive by Cornerstone Telecommunications for highway maintenance Monday 3 to Friday 7 November

During the closure service X6(Arriva) will divert via Grafton Street – Childs Way – Watling Street. To catch this service you are advised to use stops on Watling Street. Service 4 will continue to serve stops as normal except for the two Denbigh school services.

Tuesday 4 November

Hodge Lea Lane and Brookside, Hodge Lea

Hodge Lea Lane and Brookside will be closed for highway maintenance Tuesday 4 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure service 33 will be unable to enter Hodge Lea and will divert directly along Great Monks Street.

Avebury Boulevard, CMK

Avebury Boulevard will be closed between Marlborough Gate and Secklow Gate for highway maintenance Tuesday 4 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure all bus services will divert via Enmore Gate and Childs Way. You are advised to use alternative stops at The Point or further along Avebury Boulevard towards Enmore Gate.

Thursday 6 November 

Hanslope Road, Castlethorpe

Hanslope Road will be closed between Station Road and Castlethorpe Road for highway maintenance Thursday 6 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure service 33 and X33 will divert via Bullington End Road and Park Road. A temporary stop will be available on Bullington End Road in Castlethorpe close to the junction with Wolverton Road.

Greenleys Roundabout, Greenleys 

Greenleys Roundabout sounthbound will be closed for highway maintenance Thursday 6 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure, services 4 and 33 towards CMK will divert via McConnell Drive and Millers Way. The service towards Wolverton will be unaffected and will carry on as normal. As soon as the repairs are complete, Great Monks Street will reopen and the services will resume their usual routes.

Stops 5152 and 5151 Buckingham Road, Bletchley 

Stops 5152 and 5151 will be closed due to nearby utilities work Thursday 6 November 9:30am to 3pm

During the closure you are advised to use stops further along Buckingham Road.

Friday 7 November

Countess Way, Broughton 

Countess Way will be closed westbound towards Kingston for highway maintenance Friday 7 November 9:30am to 4:30pm

During the closure all bus services will divert via Newport Road and Chippenham Drive. You are advised to use the stop in Kingston district centre.

Sunday 9 November

Queensway, Bletchley

Queensway will be closed between Princes Way and Victoria Road for Remembrance Day Parade Sunday 9 November 8:30am to 10:30pm

During the closure service 5 and 6 will divert via Duncombe Street - Brooklands - Water Eaton Road the same route as X2 and X3 services.

Newport Road, New Bradwell

Newport Road will be closed between Glyn Street and Grafton Street for Remembrance Day Parade Sunday 9 November 1:50pm to 3pm

During the closure service 5 will divert directly along Grafton Street. Service 7 will divert via Saxon Street - Monks Way - Grafton Street.
