How to make changes to your application

 

You need to tell us if your circumstances have changed as this may affect your priority for housing.  The following are examples of changes that you must tell us about:  

  • Change of address   
  • Adding people to your application (for example, you have had a baby)  
  • Removing people from your application (for example, you have experienced a relationship breakdown, or you have children who no longer live with you)  
  • Your employment, income, assets or savings have changed  
  • Your medical needs have changed     

To make a change to your application, please log into your Housing Online Account, go to ‘My verified applications’ and then select ‘Actions’ and make the necessary changes. You can update people, your previous answers and upload any new supporting documents. 

You will then need to contact the allocations team to let us know that you have updated your application. You can contact us at housing.allocations@milton-keynes.gov.uk or call 01908 252937 option 4. 

We will that review your changes and advise you of the outcome.
