Artificial grass pitches
Artificial grass pitches form an integral part of the sporting infrastructure in Milton Keynes, enabling teams and individuals to take part in sports on a year round basis.
The artificial pitches are mainly used during the evenings from October to March each year for winter training, but they also provide quality playing surfaces for day time activities such as summer sports camps, and year round coaching courses.
Milton Keynes Council currently has four artificial grass pitches within its leisure facility portfolio. However, there are many others across the borough that can be hired out for football, hockey, and rugby.
