Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB)
RNIB is the UK's leading charity helping anyone with a sight problem. Staff and volunteers work to empower blind and partially sighted people of all ages and remove the barriers they face, as well as preventing sight loss by:
- Influencing policy makers through campaign work
- Providing expertise and support services (talking books and a wide range of products and services)
- Encouraging direct involvement of blind and partially blind people in RNIB's work via a membership scheme
