New Independent Chairperson to lead Bletchley Pathfinder

The Milton Keynes Health and Care Partnership is delighted to announce that Toni Fisher has accepted the role of Bletchley Pathfinder Independent Chairperson.

The Bletchley Pathfinder is a trailblazing multi-agency initiative aimed at improving health and care co-ordination and strengthen he efforts to prevent ill health.

Toni is a well known and respected professional who for the last 31 years of working in primary care within Bletchley, most recently working for the successful Whaddon House Surgery as Practice Business Manager.
