Milton Keynes City Council is inviting larger voluntary, charitable, and faith-based organisations to a strategic workshop aimed at strengthening collaboration and exploring new opportunities for partnership.
The workshop, which will be on 8 October, will focus on how bigger organisations (ones with least one paid employee) can play a greater role in helping the council deliver vital services and address some of the city’s most pressing challenges.
The event is part of the council’s long-term financial planning under its Stability Strategy – Changing Because We Have To, which seeks innovative ways to sustain and improve services through stronger community partnerships.
"We already have a strong relationship with our voluntary, charitable and faith organisations. This workshop is an opportunity to build on that foundation and explore how we can do even more together to support our residents."
Organisations interested in attending or learning more are encouraged to contact the council at change@milton-keynes.gov.uk
