An Enforcement Notice was issued on 14/03/2024 for the following unauthorised operational development:

Without planning permission, the erection of a front and side boundary wall with brick piers. Planning permission was refused in November 2023 for the unauthorised operational development. 

The Enforcement Notice has been appealed by the appellant. A copy of their Appeal Statement can be found here.

Milton Keynes City Council has sent Notification letters to the relevant interested parties to inform them of the appeal.
