Making an application 

If the application relates to/includes the winning and working of surface or underground minerals, waste disposal tipping in the context of a minerals site, and/or the use of land or the erection of any building, plant or machinery for the processing or preparation for sale of minerals, then please complete and submit the form below with your application. 

Application for Permission of Minerals and/or Minerals Associated Waste Development

If the application relates to the erection of use of buildings, plant or machinery for treating, storing, recycling, processing or disposing of refuse or waste materials, please use the Full Application form for Waste development available at the Planning Portal.

Wherever possible, all applications and supporting documents must be submitted through the Planning Portal.
