Sign into your business rates account to

• View a full breakdown of your account
• Check instalments to be paid and payments made
• Amend your contact details
• Find a rateable value of a property
• View your bills and recovery notices online

To create an account, you will need to provide

• Name or organisation 
• Business Rates (NNDR) account number
• Online key (This can be found on your most recent bill issued after (30-01-20)

You will also need to provide 1 of the following

• Current postcode of the property
• Last three digits of a telephone number you have (This is any telephone number you have provided by the Business Rates department)
• Last three digits of your bank account number (This will be the bank account details supplied if you pay your bill by Direct Debit
