Milton Keynes Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under Sections 82(2), 83(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES) (VARIOUS ROADS IN MILTON KEYNES AND SURROUNDING AREAS) (20 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ZONES) ORDER 2021) VARIATION ORDER 2025 (No.4)

The general effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce 20mph speed in Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes.

The current speed restriction is 30mph.

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-443.

The closing date for this consultation is 10th July 2025.
