Milton Keynes City Council intends to make the following named traffic regulation Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (NORTH CRAWLEY ROAD, NEWPORT PAGNELL) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026

The general effect of the above proposed Order will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) along parts of North Crawley Road in Newport Pagnell.

The proposed no waiting at any time restrictions come as a result of vehicles parking along the affected length of road, which are causing obstruction and road safety concerns.

The introduction of the no waiting at any time restrictions will help prevent vehicles from parking along the affected lengths of road.

Notice of Proposal

The Council is now carrying out statutory consultation on the proposed Order. Any comments or objections to the above proposal, together with the grounds upon which they are made, must be made in writing and sent to the Council’s Traffic Regulation Order Team at Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ, or by email to TROteam@milton-keynes.gov.uk quoting reference TRO-473.
