If you are holding a public event you should consider whether you need to inform the SAG.

Please download the SAG Constitution and refer to the Presentation Slides to determine if you would benefit from SAG advice.

You can notify the SAG of your event using the SAG online notification form. Simply follow the link and work your way through the form, completing the sections that apply to your planned event.

If you are holding an event on the road, you will likely need to apply to close the road. You should contact our Highways Liaison Team early, for support. 

Volunteers cannot direct traffic without training, volunteer training can be obtained here.
