Primary authority partnerships

A national scheme which gives businesses, who trade outside Milton Keynes Council's boundary, the right to form a statutory partnership with the local authority. The provision of robust, bespoke advice through the primary authority partnership is taken into account by other councils when carrying out inspections or dealing with compliance.
