Community Learning MK is working with the Menopause Café network to provide monthly sessions at Christ the Cornerstone Church café.
At a Menopause Café people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause.

Are you looking for a little help with your smartphone? We have an amazing volunteer ready to offer you advice.
Sessions are free and run on the second Thursday each month 10am to 11am at Wolverton Library. You'll need to book a slot by asking when you're next at Wolverton Library, calling 01908 312812 or emailing linda.collins@milton-keynes.gov.uk.
