Adults at Risk ASB Pathway

The aim is to ensure that Safeguarding needs are met for both parties and to prevent any enforcement and tenancy action that may result from ongoing anti-social behaviour.  This pathway is to ensure appropriate safeguarding measures are in place for adults with care and support needs who are perpetrators of medium to high level anti-social behaviour, protecting both the adult at risk and the victims of the ASB.

This pathway is for perpetrators of ASB aged 18 and over only. For children who are perpetrating ASB please refer to local safeguarding children procedures Children, young people and families | Milton Keynes City Council
