The Big Conversation update

A big thank you to all our tenants who took part in last year’s Big Conversation, sharing your honest views on what’s working well and where we need to do better.

The 2025–26 Big Conversation has now closed. We’re currently reviewing feedback and planning the next edition of the Big Conversation, which will build on what we’ve learned so far. More information will be shared in due course. 

The results from the Tenant Perception Survey carried out as part of last year’s Big Conversation will be published in June 2026. For more details on how we did in previous years, visit Tenancy Satisfaction Measures.
