Repairs and Maintenance Consultation

Introduction

Our existing repairs and maintenance contracts with Mears PLC will be expiring in April 2025. On 16 October we have notified about this all our residents and asked them to send us their observations on what the new repairs service should look like.

UPDATE ON PHASE THREE: Consultation closed on 25 March 2024. We have taken the feedback on board and are using this and ongoing working group meetings with residents to develop our tender documents.
