Repairs and Maintenance Consultation

Introduction

Our existing repairs and maintenance contracts with Mears PLC will be expiring in April 2025. On 16 October we have notified about this all our residents and asked them to send us their observations on what the new repairs service should look like.

Consultation and current status

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE - PHASE THREE UPDATE

In the first stage of consultation which ended on 30 November 2023, residents had raised some concerns about the current repairs service and how this could be improved in a new contract. Based on this, we asked residents a few more question, and they had until 25 March 2024 to respond. We are now analysing the responses, and we will publish the results on this page in the upcoming weeks.
