Motorcycles

Motorcyclists can park for free in all dedicated motorcycle bays and pay and display parking bays, although they are still expected to abide by all other restrictions, like only parking within marked bays. We also ask motorcyclists to please leave room for more than one motorbike in a single bay.  Motorcycles are not allowed to park on yellow lines or in resident or disabled bays.

Motorhome parking

Motorhomes are allowed to park across several parking spaces as long as payment has been made for all spaces taken (separate parking tickets should be purchased for each space used). The vehicle should be parked within the outer bay markings and not overhang into the roadway.

Privately operated car parks

There are several privately owned and operated car parks in Milton Keynes. MK Council has no control of these car parks. However, we do try to work with the owners to ensure a common approach to security, pricing and enforcement. There should be signs in the parking area giving details of the owner or manager.
