Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening Report
A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Report has been produced in accordance with the European Directive 2001/42/EC and associated Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 to determine the need for a SEA of the proposed Houses in Multiple Occupation Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The report has been updated with comments from the three statutory consultation bodies (English Heritage, Natural England and the Environment Agency) and a final Screening Statement incorporating these comments was published alongside the supplementary Planning Document.
