Urban Capacity Study

Milton Keynes Council has undertaken an Urban Capacity Study to support the housing policies and land allocations within Plan:MK.

The urban capacity study identifies sites which may have the potential to come forward for residential development within the existing urban area of Milton Keynes, to assist in limiting the number of dwellings which would need to be developed on greenfield sites in the open countryside.

It is a technical evidence document and the identification of sites within the study does not allow the site any planning status or determine that the site will be allocated for development.
