Sustainability for businesses

Businesses have a major role to play in helping protect and enhance the environment.

Carbon Trust studies have shown that businesses that use energy and resources more efficiently are generally more profitable.  Not only that but firms with a low carbon footprint are more popular with consumers and employees alike.

There is a wealth of information and support for businesses and other organisations on the web.

Net Zero

Target Zero - Milton Keynes City Council is recognising local businesses who are committed to the goal of reaching Net Zero by 2030. If your business has a Net Zero target for 2030 and would like to receive our MK Net Zero 2030 Business Accreditation, please take a look at our Target Zero webpage.
