Tracey was formerly Corporate Director at Aylesbury Vale District Council, where she led organisational improvement. 

Tracey supports the council’s directors across a range of services including planning, environment and property, and law and governance, as well as working with the Chief Executive on delivering the Council Plan and developing the council’s key strategic relationships.

Tracey is also the Managing Director of Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) LLP.
