Contact us using British Sign Language (BSL)
We’ve partnered with a BSL interpreting service called Convo to offer BSL users a new option to reach our customer services team through an interpreter. It’s all done very easily at the click of a button and most interpreters arrive on a video call in less than a minute.
How it works
Simply download the Convo app for free from a tablet, mobile phone or a web browser where a one time registration is required. You will be then connected with MK City Council via an interpreter. Watch the video below for more details.
