Who is the service for?
The service is for people in Milton Keynes aged 18 + who have an intellectual disability. It also supports teens who are transitioning from Children’s Services.
Learning Disability Team
The team provides assessments, diagnosis and therapies for Adults with a learning disability. It specialises in areas such as Psychiatry, Psychology and Speech and Language Therapy. It also specialises in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Community Nursing and Social Work.
Each member of the team works with you and the people important to you. This is so you can get the best physical, psychological, social health and wellbeing outcomes possible.
