The quickest and easiest way to manage your Council Tax account is through MyCouncil Tax Online.

Using MyCouncil Tax Online, you can:

  • check your Council Tax balance and payment history
  • view and download copies of your Council Tax bills and recovery notices
  • tell us if you have moved home
  • apply for eligible discounts, reductions and exemptions
  • set up, change or cancel a Direct Debit
  • make a special payment arrangement if you have received a reminder, summons or liability order
  • sign up for paperless billing
  • report a tenancy change if you are a landlord or managing agent
  • securely upload supporting documents and evidence
