It’s quick and easy online—check your balance, update your address, manage direct debits, request payment arrangements, or apply for discounts and exemptions.
If you still need to speak to us, call Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 9am and 5pm. We prioritise processing applications at other times.

To reduce the amount we spend on paper and postage, we will now contact our residents by text and email. If you receive a call or a message from Milton Keynes City Council because you are late paying your council tax please be assured that the message is genuine but if you are concerned you can log into your online account to check your Council Tax account and make payment. There is no need to contact us if you have recently paid and your account is up-to-date.
