THE FIRST FLOOR OF CENTRAL LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED FROM 13 JULY AND WILL REOPEN IN OCTOBER. We’re making improvements to the first floor. The Children’s Library will remain open, along with our nine other city libraries.
