Funding to address COVID-19 vaccine inequalities

Grants of between £250 and £5,000 are being offered to local groups, companies or organisations who have projects that may increase vaccine uptake. This funding is to address vaccine inequalities and encourage further uptake across all age and ethnic groups, geographical areas and vulnerable groups. Ideas could involve:

  • tailored communications such as translation services
  • transport
  • digital projects
  • information sharing events
  • community meetings
  • befriending services
  • other projects that could be implemented quickly, and that focus on communities where the pandemic has had a significant impact
