Anti Social Behaviour Monitoring Group

The Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Monitoring Group works alongside our ASB Team to review, monitor and make recommendations for the improvement of the ASB service for all MKCC tenants. The group meets quarterly to discuss key issues.

Tenant feedback on the monitoring group

"I became involved with the ASB Monitoring Group because I wanted to see first hand how change was to be achieved in accordance with a whole raft of new legislation that people like me; a council tenant who’d experienced ASB had campaigned for. I also wanted to be more informed about the work the ASB Team does on a daily basis as they don’t really advertise or shout about their hard work and successes.

The team are very open to feedback, they have taken onboard everything we as a group have suggested so far and already improvements to processes and systems have been made. All I can say is, if you want to see real change, you have to get involved and when change comes it helps everyone not just the few. Join us for a meeting and you’ll see how adding your voice and making a contribution can really make a difference."
