The 2020/21 data will be available in the Delegated Decision papers. This date will be confirmed closer to the time.
- Fraud - Information about counter fraud work.
- Land Assets - Details of all land and building assets.
- Social Housing Asset Information - Details of the value of social housing stock that is held in the Housing Revenue Account. The difference between the Existing Use Value – Social Housing of homes within the Housing Revenue Account and their market value is an adjustment to reflect the fact that the property is used as social housing, calculated using a factor provided by the Department for Communities & Local Government. The publication of this information is not intended to suggest that tenancies should end to realise the market value of properties.
Information that must be published once only
In addition to these regularly published datasets the code requires local authorities to publish details of their current waste management contract: household refuse collection and cleansing services contract.
