The Council Tax bills for 2024-25 will be sent out from Monday 11th March 2024. It may take a few days for us to issue all bills so please allow time for delivery.
We are expecting an increase in the number of people trying to call our service, please be prepared for longer waiting times when you call our helpline. If you have requested Paperless Billing this year, you will receive an email confirming that your bill is available for viewing online.
Before calling us, please check our website, where you can notify us of a change of address, change in household, make a payment, set up a Direct Debit, claim certain discounts, or claim Council Tax Reduction. There is also information on the Cost-of-living support that is available.

If you’ve already informed us about a change, but it hasn’t yet reflected on your Council Tax Bill, this means we have not actioned your change yet. A new revised bill will be sent once we have made any necessary changes. You do not need to call us about this.
